For founder-led service businesses

Your business should not depend on what you remember.

Kova OS finds where follow-up, client work, and daily operations are leaking time or revenue, then installs the private system that keeps the work moving without adding another job to your plate.

$1,500 flat · credited toward an approved build · full refund if the written Map adds no useful constraint or next move beyond what you submitted · payment only after fit is confirmed.

What Kova actually fixes

The owner should not be the operating system.

01

Leads disappear because the next follow-up lives in memory.

02

Client work stalls because only one person knows the real next step.

03

Ideas stay in chat threads and notes because nobody owns the build path.

04

New software adds another place to check instead of removing weight.

01

Diagnose

Map the leak, the cost, the existing tools, and the smallest useful intervention.

02

Install

Build the system around the way the business already moves, with approval gates where judgment matters.

03

Prove

Test it, document it, hand it over, and show what changed in a clear receipt.

Selected build · scope verified

A ten-year logistics vision, turned into a working first version.

The founder had the concept, operating knowledge, and long view. Kova translated it into a brand, product direction, mobile experience, website, and launch plan. This is verified delivery scope, not a performance claim.

One entry · three next stages

One path from clarity to a system that holds.

The Clarity Map is the only public starting point. If a build earns its place, the Map shows which stage comes next and what it will cost.

Founder judgment included

Built on my own chaos first.

I’m Alphonzo. Kova began because I needed a business that could keep moving without every decision, reminder, and follow-up living in my head. I build with the same standard I wanted for myself: less weight, clear boundaries, and proof at handoff.

A human reads every fit request.
What does the $1,500 Clarity Map include?
A written diagnosis of the main operational leak, three findings, the first system worth installing, what not to build yet, and a practical implementation path. It is yours whether or not Kova builds the next phase. Your delivery date is confirmed in writing before payment.
How much time will this require from me?
The Map starts with a focused intake. If Kova builds, owner involvement is concentrated at the beginning for context and at defined approval points. The goal is to remove daily coordination, not create another project for you to manage.
Will Kova connect to my current tools?
Only when the connection serves the operating goal. The Map identifies what should stay, what should connect, and what should be removed. Any third-party software cost is shown before implementation.
How is my data handled?
Public forms never request passwords, API keys, or private credentials. Access planning happens after scope approval using invite-based or time-limited methods. Sensitive actions keep human approval gates.
What happens when something fails?
Builds include test criteria, ownership, documentation, and a receipt of what passed. Managed Kova can operate and improve the system after handoff, but ownership does not depend on an ongoing retainer.
What return should I expect?
Kova does not promise a universal ROI number. The Map identifies the specific leak, the value at risk, and the conditions required for the system to pay for itself. You decide with your own numbers before a build begins.

Bring us the dream. Bring us the nightmare.

Your first useful system starts with a clear map.

Show us what is slipping, what it is costing, and what you have already tried. We will confirm fit before payment and tell you plainly if Kova is not the right next move.
